Welcome to Cedar Ridge Cabins in Beautiful Benzie County Michigan. For over 50 years visitors to Northwest Michigan have found rest from their travels at this US-31 location.

Today, these eight clean comfortable cabins, located in the heart of Benzie County, offer the vacationer a central location from which to visit all the places to go and things to do in the area.

Built around 1945 this log gas station and general store was once called a Motor Court. A place to get gas, an oil change and a room for the night.

Several years ago, your host, Deborah purchased the "Motor Court". She and her father, Dean, re-modeled the eight cabins with all the modern conveniences to accommodate today's family vacation/traveler.

Cedar Ridge also offers The Cottage, a re-modeled, decorated and fully furnished "home away from home".

Close to all the area's favorite recreation and site-seeing opportunities, at Cedar Ridge you are only minutes away from the beaches and waterways of Lake Michigan, Crystal Lake, Platte Lakes, and Glen Lakes; fishing, canoeing and kayaking on the Platte and Betsie Rivers; over a dozen golf courses; the Sleeping Dunes National Lakeshore; and the towns of Frankfort, Beulah, Benzonia, Elberta, Interlochen, Glen Arbor, and Traverse City.
